PROJECT GOALS

Redesign Cyrus O'Leary's website to enhance brand identity, improve user experience, boost SEO, and streamline site maintenance.

PROBLEM

Cyrus O'Leary's, a leader in the pie industry, had a website and brand that no longer reflected their exceptional reputation. After years without updates, their website was overdue for a complete refresh. Our goal was to design a site that was as visually appealing as their delicious pies while ensuring it was easy for their team to maintain for years to come.

SOLUTION

The primary goal of this website redesign was to boost brand awareness and create a fun, inspiring website that reflects Cyrus O'Leary's culture and updated branding while also focusing on site speed and SEO in the development process. To ensure ease of management and updating in the future, the site was built using WordPress, aligning with the familiarity of their internal team.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

To bring this vision to life, we emphasized showcasing their pies through real, high-quality photography. We organized a photoshoot at the office, coordinating the delivery of over 50 pies to capture the perfect hero image—a pie that matches their logo and serves as a central visual theme throughout the site. I led the organization, art direction, and post-processing for the entire photoshoot.

SUCCESS METRICS

KPI's for this redesign included mobile site speed and responsiveness, average time spent on page and overall uniquew visitors and return visits.

CHALLENGES
Managing multiple stakeholders within the client's internal team proved challenging, as reaching a consensus on the website's look and feel took considerable effort.
